French Chef Philippe trained in Avignon in Provence and you can taste this inspiration in his colourful preparations. Simple cooking with subtle or strong herbs in dishes full of aroma and flavour using fresh, market best produce.

By night you can enjoy this fine cuisine on a romantic terrace with candle-lit tables and the music of the water gently lapping on the shore.

By day, a cool breeze and panoramic views across to Playa d'en Bossa and Formentera beyond.

In the early and late season there is an additional sheltered terrace with heating facilities.
