The sampling menu comprises 9 dishes for those of you interested in entering the world of flavours of S´Ametller and do not want to miss anything on your first night- which surely will not be the last!. Elaborate and delicious home-made desserts. Include strawberry tree, figs, quince jelly, carob, even flaó (typical ibicenco cheese and herbs cake) ice-creams confections complete a meal to remember.
