Easily reachable, you will find La Oliva by walking through these historic
walls from the impressive drawbridge and across Placa de Vila.

|
In typical rustic Mediterranean style, wooden beams, tiled floors and Ibicenco figures and murals decorate the air -conditioned interior. Ursula offers charming attention to all while supervising the smooth running of the service with her courteous, multilingual waiters. Outside, tables are set directly in the lane, where the evenings come to life with occasional street performers. Across the way, the cool, high-beamed La Oliva annexe offers additional seating with service from the same kitchen.

Using fresh products, herbs, salads and fruit from biological cultivation, Chef René cooks to order and creates uniques taste experiences by combining Ibicenco recipes with those of French Provence: presenting a light, fresh cuisine for which he has gained an enviable reputation.
Some of René’s favourite specialities are: Tomato Bavarois with prawns and lemon sauce
