Samarth, an Indian chef, together with his lovely partner Sofia, has now opened his own restaurant here in the Bay of San Antonio. He gained his knowledge and experience from the kitchens of famous restaurants in his home country and then moved to the world famous Bombay Brasserie in London. His restaurant will surely become famous.

The reason is his speciality, the time honoured 'Avadhi' cooking - the food of Princes and Maharajas; the skillful use of rare spices which give subtleties of flavour seldom experienced by people beyond the borders of India.

Samarth has also selected traditional styles of cooking from various regions of India, Kashmir (lamb rogan josh), Punjab (saag paneer), Hydrabad (Biryani), Thali & the South (mixed vegetables), Karali or Madras (mixed vegetables), Avadhi (Tandoori).and many more. Lamb, Chicken, Prawns & Vegetables: fresh vivid flavours of every description and
every spice imported directly from India.

You may even choose from 6 types of Nan bread !

The restaurant is tasteful and simple, the medium sized terrace will soon be adorned with scented shrubs a plants. Waitresses wearing original Indian fabrics serve courteously and discreetly.

Lovers of authentic Indian cuisine are already flocking to their tables. They have discovered it will be very difficult to find more skillfully prepared and cleverly spiced Indian food.
